Permit Drawings
Architectural drawings including site plans, elevations, cross-sections, and necessary construction details, along with engineering reviews and documentation.

Material Specifications
A comprehensive list of material specifications, along with related drawings to clarify construction, including cabinetry, lighting, and mechanical plans.

Scope of Work
A step-by-step written outline detailing how the project will be executed and what is included in the construction phase.

Final Pricing and Approval
A detailed breakdown of project costs based on decisions and choices made during the construction phase, requiring client approval.

Permits Application
Coordination and application with regulatory authorities, including municipal, fisheries, Board of Variance (BOV), Heritage, Strata, Fraser Valley Health, and others.

Construction Schedule
A weekly calendar highlighting the critical path, timelines for various phases, and available trades and inspections, accessible through your personal Buildertrend portal.
